Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Weasa Commerce subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • You can cancel through the Billing section of your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free/inactive state.
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

2. Free Trial Cancellation

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without being charged. No payment information is required during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will not be automatically charged unless you have explicitly chosen a paid plan.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Weasa Commerce. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Pro-Rated Refund (8-30 Days)

Between 8 and 30 days of subscription, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the billing period, at our discretion. Please contact support to discuss your situation.

No Refund (After 30 Days)

After 30 days from the payment date, refunds are generally not available. However, we review exceptional cases on an individual basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@qfinnovate.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, subscription plan, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the dashboard:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then.

6. Service Disruption

In the event of a prolonged service disruption (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by us, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or disruptions caused by third-party services (Shopify, WhatsApp, etc.).

7. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Razorpay payment gateway. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:

  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-10 business days
  • Wallet: 1-3 business days
