Weasa Commerce is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by QF Innovate Private Limited. As a digital service, there are no physical products to ship. Our service is delivered entirely online through the Weasa Commerce dashboard and API integrations.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful subscription and payment, you will receive:

  • Immediate Access: Your Weasa Commerce dashboard will be activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • Account Credentials: Login credentials are created during the signup process. No separate delivery is required.
  • Integration Setup: Shopify and WhatsApp integrations are set up through the dashboard by connecting your accounts.
  • Confirmation Email: A subscription confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Weasa Commerce aims for 99.9% uptime availability. The Service is accessible worldwide via any modern web browser. In the event of planned maintenance, we will provide advance notice through email and the dashboard. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice to ensure service security and stability.

5. No Physical Shipping

As a purely digital SaaS product, Weasa Commerce does not involve any physical shipping, delivery logistics, or shipping charges. All services are provided digitally through cloud-based infrastructure.
